Positive: Great for quiet relaxation, outside of the main tourist areas. Beach in the short walking distance, not crowded at all. House is well designed and equipped. Each of the three bedrooms plus the kitchen has a separate balcony with table and chairs, all of them towards the seaside for the nice view, with nice garden next to the house. Fireplace for the BBQ at the rear side. Very accommodating owner. None of the usual trouble - there's a lot of parking space, beach, space for kids to safely play, the owner even had some agreement which allowed us to use some beach deck chairs. 11/10.
