ROSE Holidays offers you this house, in the heart of the Port Bourgenay golf course, in the heart of nature just a stone's throw from the beach.
This holiday home is located close to everything: golf, tennis court, heated shared swimming pool (free access from 1st June to 15th September with wristbands provided in the accommodation), shops, it's the ideal place for relaxing holidays with family or friends!
The two-storey house consists of a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room: microwave, kettle, Senseo pod coffee machine, citrus press, toaster, refrigerator, dishwasher.
The living room is equipped with a table and 5 chairs, as well as two sofa beds (one double and one single).
You will have access on the other side to the terrace equipped with garden furniture and facing the heated shared swimming pool.
Separate toilet.
Upstairs: a bedroom with a double bed in 140, a chest of drawers and a bathroom with bathtub, washbasin unit and towel dryer.
A parking space in the outdoor parking is reserved for you.
