The house is located in a quiet secluded location outside the village and belongs to the municipality of Euscheid near Prüm. With 140 square meters of living space, a 2,000 square meter enclosed garden, wood / pasture fence, with barbecue area and terraces, it offers space for 8 people. The holiday home in the Eifel Nature Park has good transport links to the A60 near Prüm. It is ideal for family vacations with children, group trips and parties. Dogs are very welcome with us.

The Eifelhaus was renovated, redesigned and furnished in 2017.
The house has been heated with central heating / gas since 2019. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a large, cozy living room with fireplace, a bedroom and a modern bathroom. The top floor was converted into a beautiful 50 sqm living and sleeping area.
The property is surrounded by trees and bushes and fenced.
Here at 486 meters of altitude you have a wide, wonderful panoramic view over the green, partly forested hills and meadows.
Whether in the hammock, in the beach chair or on the lounger, you can relax wonderfully in the spacious, large garden. Cozy barbecues, campfire romance, just let your mind wander, and then there's the overwhelming starry sky ..
In the neighboring town of Lünebach, the Lingebech restaurant and the Prümtaler baker are recommended.
There is REWE in Arzfeld and good shopping in Prüm.
City tours in historic Trier or Luxemburg City are popular, as are the Maare in the Vulkan-Eifel.
There are many attractive excursion destinations and leisure activities in the area: numerous hiking tours start from the holiday home. The kitchen is equipped with a kitchenette with ceramic hob, toaster, dishes, cutlery, coffee machine, small dishwasher, pots, pans, kettle, oven, refrigerator, high chair, table, chairs, wall shelves, a sideboard. The extendable dining table seats 8 people.
The living room with terrace access to the garden invites you to relax with its easy chairs and a selection of books with a wonderful view of the garden. WiFi is available, as well as a flat screen and a large, cozy living area / sofa bed with a table and a floor lamp. There is a beautiful fireplace in a sandstone look.
The bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. In the wall opposite the double bed, colorful glass blocks with lighting are embedded in the wall. A highlight with a difference.
The modern bathroom has a bath with shower, a large vanity with a mirror and a toilet, hair dryer.
There is a large mirrored wardrobe in the cloakroom. The stairs lead to the converted attic.
The attic has its own flair. There are lots of Lego, Playmobil and board games for children. The staircase conversion serves as a partial partition between the double bed and the large, cozy living area / sofa bed. A table with chairs and a wall unit with flat screen, a table football and a billiard table are available.
In the garden there is a beach chair, garden furniture,
a grill, a hammock, some benches, a sandpit, a hanging chair and two campfire bowls.
In the lockable annex there are bicycle and motorcycle storage facilities.
An assortment of tools is available.
Parking for three vehicles is available.
Whether family vacation with children, nature lovers who love hiking, cyclists or motorbike friends ... here in the hilly, winding Eifel there is something for everyone.
Euscheid has good connections to an extensive road network and the A60 motorway, 10 km away. By car it is possible to reach interesting destinations and leisure activities within 30 to 40 minutes, also in Luxembourg, Belgium.

I would be happy to recommend the holiday home in Euscheid. It is a wonderful place to relax, whether in winter or summer. Modern and lovingly furnished and has everything you need for a successful holiday. The owners are super nice and have good tips on what to do in the area.
Conclusion: it leaves nothing to be desired, we would love to come back!
