6 Bedroom Cottage in Sords

Can Pardal is located in a tranquil setting, outside of Sords neighborhood, 5 minutes from Cornellà de Terri and 10 minutes from Banyoles is its excellent location. In one part of the house occupied by the owners and the other part is dedicated to rural tourism, guests can enjoy all the outdoor exclusively because while the house is occupied owners do not use it. It is a Catalan farmhouse built in the s. XII in which rehabilitated the former home of the tenant farmers to make an accommodation. It has a large garden, swimming pool, paddle tennis and tennis.
Can Pardal has a capacity of up to 22 people, has 9 rooms and six bathrooms. The whole house has central heating.
The ground floor of the house has a large open space room with TV that connects to the fully equipped kitchen, a TV room with fireplace, 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms (one with shower).
On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, two double, one with 2 single beds and a fourth with a double bed and a single bed. On the same floor also houses two bathrooms. On the second floor there are one double, one triple and a bathroom.
In the new part of the barn has been renovated, there is a double bedroom, one with a single bed and 1 bathroom.
Outside the house there is a large area ideal for leisure, surrounded by fields, forests and a terrain park area. The house has a large garden with pool, a large porch with a large outdoor sofa ideal to enjoy any time of day, and a dining table. In front of the house there is also a table to eat and a barbecue. In the garden also we find a playground with a football goal. You will also find a lounge with foosball and billiards.
The property features 2 paddle courts and tennis, all exterior and lighting. They are new tracks that meet all regulatory sporting regulations (separate supplement: up to 14 people 1 paddle tennis courts and 1, 250 €. More than 14 people 2 paddle tennis courts and 1 tennis court, € 350).
