Felix has 500 inhabitants, 7 shops, 2 hot bakers, 5 (tapa) bars, where the tapas are free with your drink, 5 restaurants, a municipal swimming pool, sports field, beautiful walking routes, amazing views of the Mediterranean sea. In the center of the village you will find a beautiful apartment (200 m2) with large terraces (with barbecue), 4 double bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with American fridge (ice cubes !!), 2 covered parking spaces in a parking garage adjacent to the apartment. The entire apartment has air conditioning. The views from the apartment are really beautiful. You look up to the lighthouse of Cabo de Gata. You can still discover the typical Spanish life and yet very close to all amenities. The beautiful beaches of Aguadulce and Roquetas de Mar are only a 15-minute drive away, and the Gran Plaza shopping center with more than 120 (covered) shops can also be reached in 15 minutes .. A visit to Granada, the Alhambra (8th wonder of the world), is of course a must (1.5 hour drive). Other excursion options: Mojacar / Trevelez / Sierra Nevada / Mini Hollywood / Laujar (wine !!) / Cabo de Gata / San Jose / Aguapark Mariopark (15 min drive) ............. We recommend that you rent a car. If necessary, we can assist you with this. We are happy to provide more information.
