House G & Y, is a luxury complex consisting of 2 interconnected villas, located on the hill of Kardiani. It has a special character that will remain crafted at your heart. Its white-stone premises in combination with the luxury facilities available at your disposal will make your holiday a true masterpiece.
These whitewashed properties fit harmoniously to the brown-blue landscape of the island. Its traditional architectural style is combined smoothly with the modern elements prevailed in its interior and exterior. Its minimalistic design creates the simplicity and sense of tranquility. The spacious rooms are bathed with the rays of light coming from the many windows this property has and lead to a majestic view that will travel you on the waves of the Aegean Sea.
The bedrooms smell comfort and give you moments of privacy with its own independent entrance leading to an outdoor area. The exterior is another part of these glamorous villas that can’t leave you indifferent. The vast infinity swimming pools call you to enjoy the hot summers of Greece. This elegant property, with a size of 133m2 , is an epitome of a luxury. The living room has a big whitewashed sofa with additional sitting area and a wooden coffee table with designer’s chairs. It adjoins the open kitchen area that is fully equipped with SMEG appliances and has a dining table for enjoying your meals.
A few steps up and you can find one of the 3 ensuite bedrooms which has a king size double bed, A/C , a spacious wardrobe and an independent entrance that leads to the outdoor area.
While a few steps down, there is a second bedroom with a queen size bed with a wordrobe, A/C and an independent entrance that leads to the outdoor area.
Across the patio, there is a bangalow where you can find the master bedroom with a king size double bed,A/C, wardrobe and an independent entrance that leads to the outdoor area.
All rooms have signature toiletries from AESOP , egyptian cotton towels, bathrobes and pool towels.
Exterior
The spacious outdoor has on its premises an infinity pool(28m2) with a view to the Aegean sea and Kardiani village accompanied with sunbed cushions. One part of the outdoors is served as a lounge area with pergola and an outdoor dining area.
House Y
This elegant property, with a size of 133m2 , is an epitome of a luxury. The living room has a big whitewashed sofa and a wooden coffee table with designer’s chairs. While the fireplace creates the homely vibe. The living room adjoins the open kitchen area that is fully equipped with SMEG appliances and has a dining table for enjoying your meals.
A few steps down and you can find two of the 3 ensuite bedrooms with a queen size double bed respectively, A/C , a spacious wardrobe and an independent entrance that leads to the outdoor area.
A few more steps down, there is a bangalow where you can find the master bedroom with a king size double bed,A/C, wardrobe and an independent entrance that leads to the outdoor area. This bedroom has an extra space with two beds (relaxation room/auxiliary space, some guests use it for private body treatments after sports or after yoga at the nearby yoga center).

The Location
Κardiani Village, Tinos: perhaps the most beautiful village of Tinos, with impeccable sea views, springs and green everywhere, magnificent marble details at the central square. A traditional resto “taverna” and a small breakfast & coffee shop within walking distance from the House. The location is also convenient for those who want to explore beaches of Tinos. One of the nearest beaches is Ormos Yannaki that is only 5 minutes away by car from the villa.
