The house has a perfect location in second line seafront of the small seaside resort of Denneville-Plage on the west coast of Cotentin (10km from Barneville-Carteret) just across the island of Jersey, 50m from the sea. one of the most beautiful beaches in Normandy from where you can walk to the harbor dominated by the old church of Portbail. You will be seduced by the proposed volumes and penetrating light, without forgetting the sea view from the balcony. We accept your pets. The house is 160m² and has 4 bedrooms for 12 people. It has 1 bathroom on the ground floor with sauna and 1 bathroom upstairs, 2 separate toilets, 1 game room. Its garden shed will allow you to store, bicycles and beach equipment. Large south facing terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers when the sun is there. Free wifi internet, TV with access to the German bouquet, bluetooth stereo and pellet stove to enjoy the house when the weather is not part .. It is located on a plot of 900m ² fully enclosed.
