Two houses: a cottage (main house) and smaller bungalow on property - private yard RIGHT on BEACH looking at Gulf of Mexico! The view is spectacular from inside and outside the entire yard! Bungalow is included in the price.
This is an original 1938 cottage renovated and clean -- tastefully decorated - can't beat the location - walk right out to the beach and to various shops and restaurants including Crabby Bill's, JD's Lounge, the Ice Cream Parlor, and many, many more! This entire property was just remodeled, including new paint inside and out, new carpet, and all new furnishings and beds! Golf cart rental available - able to drive around the area - Views from beach from inside cottage and bungalow - Great back yard with fire pit and plenty of chairs.
