- Dishwasher detergent is located under the cooking top cabinet. Please load dirty dishes into the dishwasher and start it. Hand wash any utensils that don't fit.
- Laundry detergent is provided. Place all dirty towels outside the bathroom door.
- In winter, avoid using the thermostats on 'Heat-Only' mode
- Cover all outdoor furniture, the grill, and the hot tub when not in use.
- Do not turn off or adjust the temperature settings on the hot tub.
- Clean the grill thoroughly after each use.
- In the game room, cover the pool table, hang the balls and cue sticks on the rack, and neatly box all games after use.
- Store all food in the refrigerator, especially during the summer months.
- Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited; a $250 fee will apply for any violations.
- Pets are permitted only with prior notification and approval. Bringing pets without notification will result in a $300 fee.
