It has a spacious living area, even for a small cabin. Just outside the front door is a covered deck and the picnic area is immediately behind the cabin.Guests will access the cabin by entering a code into the deadbolt keypad, usually the last 4 digits of their phone number. Since access does not require meeting anyone for a key, guests can arrive anytime after the 4 PM check in.....as late as you like.The owner is not present to meet guests. However, guests may meet the maintenance/groundskeeper, Mr. Jim Parker, a retired Army Ranger and former camp host for Parker Creek Recreation Area.The cabin sits on 3.5 acres of private property that is immediately adjacent to the Army Corps of Engineers' Parker Creek Recreation Area on the southwest corner of Lake Greeson, about 2 miles from the dam. The property has elevation differences of 100 feet from the top and bottom and is forested. Guests occasionally see some wildlife such as deer wandering the property.Hi, thanks for considering us for your stay!
