Key collection is by appointment only. We must contact us at least 48 hours before your arrival to set a time, without appointment or in case of delay, we welcome you according to our availability.
Departure before 10 am - Arrival time from 14h maximum 21h
Cleaning must be done before your departure, the house must be made clean and tidy the same as your arrival.
If you wish to take the cleaning option: 50 € to pay on the spot at your arrival.
In case the cleaning is not done, the cleaning option will be deducted from the deposit.
Sheets and towels are not included in the rental.
If you wish we rent a linen package, including, fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, towels and tea towels.
If you wish to take the linen hire option, the price is € 15 per bed, it must be paid locally on arrival.

Horse riding club in Ouistreham Sailing club at 50m Bike path starting at 50m Thalasso therapy, restaurants, casino and cinema at 5min.
In July-August, we only rent from Saturday to Saturday.

Summary: Our party comprised two sisters and their husbands. Two of our fathers came ashore in Normandy in 1944 and we were here to find out more about their stories. Thierry and his wife greeted us warmly and showed us round the little terraced house . It had everything we needed for self catering, an indoor table and another in the sunny courtyard garden. Although the kitchen area is tiny it is well laid out and is equipped with plenty of utensils, cookware, cutlery and tableware. The lounge/diner has comfy seating for 4. Upstairs the bedrooms are comfortable although the smaller of the two is rather cramped. The shower is efficient with constant hot water the and shower room is surprisingly spacious. The downside is the toilet which is downstairs. Stairs which creak badly and this was a considerable disadvantage in the night! The house really is close to the stunning expanse of sandy beach where Coleville Montgomery meets Ouistreham. The cycle path and promenade stretch in both directions along the coast. We had come to follow in the footsteps of our fathers who landed on DDay at Gold and DDay +1 on Sword. The property was a perfect holiday home for this and we explored not only the famous landmarks and memorials but also the countryside beyond where battles and skirmishes were fought to secure the foothold which led to freedom in Europe. With Field Marshall Montgomery at the nearby crossroads we were in good company and spent a fruitful, yet moving week in number 43. Thank you One helpful addition would be a DVD player - we had wanted to watch ‘The Longest Day’ !
