Summary: Upon check-in we were hit with a surprise charge for some sort of taxes and then my INFANT wasn’t accounted for on our reservation, so an additional ~$40 PER NIGHT was added for her (MORE than what the booking price was, per individual.) total surprise payment was approximately $200+/-….. plus the deposit hold. To note: No cancellation refunds allowed. The stairs to the first floor were extremely steep and small, thankfully we left our stroller at the front desk. however lugging a baby and a Car seat + luggage to and from the room, daily, was a pain. No AC, No washcloths, no fridge, no microwave. Baby crib is limited availability so we had to make a floor-bed for our baby the first night… Breakfast is additional $$ per person. The drink machine houses warm drinks.. The location was decent and a quick walk to the tram stop which my family of 4 used daily, which was the most the hotel had to offer, in my opinion..
