Positive: A lovely oversized room; full service restaurant (it's probably better known locally as a restaurant), staff going the extra mile to make my stay comfortable and convenient. The location is lovely if you want some peace and quiet away from the city. Walkable to the Burgers Zoo which is a fantastic day out for the family - or just a couple of minutes drive down a tree-lined road.
Negative: If you're going to Arnhem for the museums, the John Frost Bridge etc then it's not the most ideal location - and the taxi from the central station cost €30 - Uber was €15 back. But it's perfect if you prefer peace and quiet and a real personal touch, and / or if you have your own car or bikes.
Summary: Friendly, welcoming and in a lovely countryside location - perfect for walks and bike rides.
