Summary: The staff went out of there way to accommodate me:) When I arrived, it was late in the evening and I was very tired & hungry but didn’t want to walk the streets at night! So the manager asked me what I liked! I told him Asian. Within 25 minutes Asian order-in arrived and the manager delivered me the meal at a very reasonable price! I was delighted:) In the morning, I asked if continental breakfast was included and it was not. However, the staff went out of their way and offered me a very nice breakfast for a super reasonable fee. They were kind and very helpful! When I come to Guayaquil, IM certainly staying at the Hotel Suites again!
