Summary: We, my wife & I, stayed at the hotel last month for 10 days. We had made the booking for a deluxe room. The first night when we checked in the AC in our room leaked when we asleep! There was water on the floor. It disturbed our sleep. We were upset and infuriated. The next morning when we complained about it to the front desk staff and the manager. They were apologetic and moved us to another room, which was a upgrade and it was a suite. This room was very comfortable and all the amenities were functioning well. After this incidence, the rest of our stay was very good. The front desk staff, specially Mr. Shree and the manager, Mr. Harish were exceptional. They made sure that our stay was very comfortable. All the staff--room service, cleaning/maintenance, and restaurant staff were respectful, attended our needs quickly, and served us very well. GREAT SERVICE! The buffet breakfast had many items, plentiful, and was good quality including the local cuisines. After having the breakfast, we would skip the lunch! Although the location of the hotel in a business area near the railway station, the transportation was easily available and convenient. OVERALL, IT WAS A GREAT STAY WITH VERY GOOD SERVICE & STAFF. WE WILL STAY AGAIN THERE NEXT TIME! Thanks particularly to Shree & Harish for making up the flaw and making our stay a very good one.
