Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Good access to the pool, spa and sauna. Breakfast buffet in the morning had a great variety of dishes.
Negative: Upon check-in the room was left with stains on the carpet and wall. We notified reception and cleaners attempted to remove the stains however some still remained. The bath robes were torn and when changing over the towels for clean towels we waited several hours and followed up to see when the towels would arrive. When they arrived, they were torn. Cleanliness and lack of quality of basic items like towels was disappointing for the price of the room.
Summary: Good access to spa, pool and breakfast let down by quality of basic amenities and room cleanliness.
