Positive: Everything at this hotel is amazing, from the initial drive in through the gates to the gorgeous staircase, the view from the room was fantastic, the grotto is a must see and use and the breakfast was so good, we are planning a trip again in 2027 and this will be the first hotel I book, fantastic from start to finish
