Positive: Friendly staff. Clear check in procedure. Spacious room. Very close to the Roman Baths.
Negative: Impossible to shower. There was only a bath under a sloping roof, so I had to wash my hair bending forward. There was a slipper from a previous guest in the room. Breakfast options limited, e.g. no plain sugar free yoghurt and fresh fruit was not refilled halfway breakfast time.
