Summary: The owners are very nice and friendly. The place is quiet and within reasonable transportation range to Venice. The major disappointment was that the room is actually different from the posted pictures. When I booked, the pictures displayed a much more spacious room with a glass dining table. The actual room was quite different. It was much smaller and has no dining table, and does not match the pictures. Two shampoo packets and two mini bar soaps came with the room. There was no hair dryer in the room. The towel heater does not work. Based on what was provided, it's more of an Inn rather than a hotel. House keeping was minnimum. They came and folded the existing towels but they don't replenish supplies. We had multiple nights, so we were running out of shampoos and finally had to ask the front desk for it. Our towels got a bit stained and dirty and they didn't replace the towels until the last day. Like others commented, the 1pc crossoint and 1 cup of coffee shouldn't really count as a 'breakfast', because we ended up having to spend money on a restaurant to for breakfast to fuel the day. For the price they are charging, I wouldn't say it's unfair but I just think it should be more acurrately advertised so that I can make informed decisions and arrangements.
