Positive: The staff ware very nice and polite, breakfast was good
Negative: The coffee machine of that type never make a good coffee and use powder milk so maybe in Italian I can’t call that cappuccino! Booking Edo for me an upgrade of the room but that was not possible as the room were all the same therefore I tried to email booking many time so far I still have not received an answer. I have also called customer service of booking and they go back to me with the wrong answer emailing me that previously I had already found for a change of date which that was not my question!
Summary: Hotel is good and with a charm of older days. Booking this time supplied the wrong information
