Positive: the location, since this was one of the only hotel next to the place (walking distance) I needed to go before the subway open.
Negative: The hotel smells cigarettes. It is cold (not sure they turn the heat on before handing you the keys of the room in the winter) This is not a Breakfast, this is a bunch of snacks thrown on a tray and coffee, nothing else.
Summary: If its not for the location, pick another option anywhere else in Montréal.
