Positive: Amazing place. Love the staffs attentiveness, Ibrahim who we saw the most has an excellent memory and remembered the little stuff we told him which obviously makes you feel very valued! We had a faulty lightbulb and he came to fix it straight away. The location is excellent, just a 5 minute walk to the river path to lead you to restaurants and into Dalyan. The 3 pools were great and were never too full. The only downside is that they don't do food after 4.30- would be great just to have the option to get snacks there . Just loved this hotel and ideal for a toddler- lots of safe space to roam!'
