Summary: The previous outstanding reviews were not wrong. I have been fortunate to stay in many international hotels and this ranks up at the top. I am not easy to please and I was blown away. The personal attention upon arrival continued throughout the stay. What really makes the place is the quality of the service and the friendliness of the team. A particular call out for Melissa who was attentive and helpful at all times. Food was excellent, and we appreciated the efforts made cater for a pescatarian and vegetarian. I believe you have many repeat customers and we will be one of them. We look forward to it.
