Positive: I love the hotel and it’s our favourite. We’ve been about five or six times now. The Spanish chef was warm and wonderful and so was the server with the braids who is there every time we go. The receptionist man went all out to make our stay memorable. The location is amazing with a fabulous view, beach and pool. The food is outstanding.
Negative: It never seems to go perfect when we stay there - but that’s life. The receptionist lady had a bit of an attitude this time around and then gave us a room that was being cleaned last so we couldn’t go into it for over an hour after standard check in time even though we’d been waiting since 11am - but maybe she was having a bad day.
Summary: Fabulous hotel with great food and stunning location.
