Positive: I absolutely loved this hotel! It’s beautiful and in a perfect location near the plaza, with the tram right next door that takes you directly to Port Sóller or Palma. The staff was wonderful, the breakfast was delicious and convenient, and I really appreciated that they provide beach towels—it’s such a thoughtful touch for tourists.
