Positive: Cleanliness Friendly reception team Balcony with bistro style table and chairs. Location to station Bedding Colour scheme of rooms Storage well considered given the size of the rooms. Toiletries V4M breakfast.
Negative: Reception was very busy at check in but well managed by the reception team, but a bit overwhelming after a day of travel. Safes not working but repaired by the team as soon as reported. One of the bathroom bins needed attention. (Broken and rusty lid)
Summary: Well decorated, contemporary rooms, good storage and location great for Riviera train travellers.
