Positive: Spacious room, had microwave and refrigerator, balcony; view of room was nice; water pressure was exceptional; walking distance to CVS, 7-11, Laundromat, Breakwater Beach Waterpark AND the boardwalk; TV channels (too many to choose from); weather was IDEAL; received a parking pass (most places don't give one); pet friendly ~ loved his side of the bed and enjoyed the balcony.
Negative: Customer Service SUCKED: had to talk to voice-mail AND a person (in one ear and out the other) about one problem. Pillows were TOO soft; dumpsters started to stink(since placed under our balcony) and were never emptied. No garbage bags. Has an office with NO ONE ever there(why have an office?), you had to go to the main office (located on boardwalk); no steps into pool (had to access it by a ladder)~and since I'm handicapped, I can't use a ladder;
