Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Location was great. Useful to be given connecting rooms as there were 4 in our party. Showers were good. No issues with hot water.

Negative: Staff not often available at desk although a contact number was left - I think they were busy elsewhere in the hotel. Front door of hotel was not secure when we returned after 10pm and room keys just left out on desk for check in. Some electrical maintenance issues in our rooms which cleaning staff had apparently not advised management of, so they should hopefully be fixed soon. Didnt smell particularly fresh in the corridor but thankfully was ok in the rooms. This may have been to do with a wider drainage issue outside perhaps. No soap provided for hand washing. Mattresses were very very soft!
