Summary: well enjoyed stay, the bbq works great, areas were clean, hot tub was relaxing and the host is responsive to messages. unfortunately we tried to watch UFC on the projector in the theatre area and the projector has a huge burn mark so it's unuseable, so we used the TV in the living room instead, but the sound is not very loud or clear. the wine cooler also didn't work but we used the fridge to keep our wine from going bad. overall it's quite expensive but still recommended
