All bedding is new and high quality. Giant 1 bedroom studio with lofted lodge like ceilings, with heat / AC (all modern floors - wood / finished concrete) - no carpet outside of area rugs. Space isn't for more than 2-3 people. Ideal for couples. ✪ Sanitized according to CDC and Airbnb guidelines between guests. Every surface thoroughly cleaned and bedding commercially washed offsite. As well as favorites like Cave of the Winds and the Cog Railway. * Garden of the Gods (5 mins) - One of the most scenic and breathtaking areas in the world, full network of trails for all skills through massive red rock structures. * Red Rocks Canyon (5 mins) - A rival to Garden of the Gods, amazing for mountain biking too. Full network of trails to wander. * Old Colorado City (5 mins) - Charming, antiquated area of shops, cafes and bars to enjoy. * Bear Creek Nature Preserve (10 mins) - Excellent trail network under the northern slope of Cheyenne mountain. * Pikes Peak (20 mins) - Needs no description other than Purple Mountains Majesty. You can hike up barr to this 14’er or drive up. * Cheyenne Canyon, Seven Falls, Zoo (w/ giraffes to feed!) and Broadmoor (20 mins) More specifics in the Local Recommendations section of our checkin manual. The best way is to have a car. AWD recommend after Halloween. Uber and Lyft are available easily, but longer wait times. Mainly just a request to not plan to book this place as a loud party / gathering spot. We share a lot of respect with our neighbors where we all value privacy and quiet hours (after around 9pm).
