Coming up onto the front deck to enter, you can’t help but notice the custom built colorful chairs inviting you to sit and take in the breathtaking long range views. As you behold the mountains, you will also hear the sounds of the Swannoana River rolling past the property, inviting you to climb into the hot tub and soak in the vibes that the natural landscape offers. Botany Woods is a real gem of a neighborhood, being just 14 mins from downtown yet so quiet that it feels like you are out in the wilderness of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
Using the keyless entry with your personal code, step inside hOMe and take in this loving space filled with vintage furniture, rugs and artwork exclusively from local Asheville artists. Come in, get settled, and enjoy your stay. Relax in one of the vintage Grove Park Inn chairs and look out the window at the glorious views, or settle into the mid-century chair that beckons you to grab a book and fall into relaxation. The fireplace will take the chill from your bones as you zen out and take in every detail of the light-filled room. The TV comes with Smart ChromeCast and a sound bar for the audiophile in you. Beware, though, that you may find yourself staring at the gorgeous print on the wall rather than the TV!
The kitchen is ready for your inner Gourmet Chef. Every utensil you may need to cook for a group is provided, and the custom made farm table can easily seat 12. You’ll feel the siren call of the large grill outside on the back deck that beckons you to grill and enjoy the nature of the back yard. Beware, though, that one of our local bears may come out to see what you are up to. Just don’t feed them your delicious food! Lighting of the space was well thought out and creates the prefect ambiance to entertain and relax in your vacation hOMe.
For sleeping, three large and comfortable bedrooms are filled with luxurious bedding and King size mattresses – be warned, though, that once you finally lie down, you may never get back up! The master bedroom also known as the “Sunrise Bedroom” is the perfect place to get an evening’s rest, sinking into a bed that you will want to take back to your house. Leave the blinds open and you will be rewarded with the glowing pink sky as the sun rises over the mountains and trees in the morning. It’s where your magical day will begin. The second bedroom across the hall, also known as the “Biltmore Bedroom,” was simply designed with whites except for the colorful vintage rug and print on the wall of the Chihuly exhibit that took place at the Biltmore Estate in 2018. a must-see destination that you will want to visit if you can tear yourself away from hOMe.
The upstairs bathroom boasts a double marble vanity and luxurious tile shower, which will make you feel like you are in a world class Boutique Hotel. The lovely silk and wool Turkish rug adds just a hint of color. Ten people staying at hOMe? No worries - the Rinnai Tankless Water Heater will never run out of hot water for those luxurious showers as you .
On the lower level, you will find yourself in Entertaining Room. A Persian rug fills the space with color and invites you to grab a local beer and shoot a game of 9ball with your friends on the full-sized pool table. Or sit and stream a movie on the second Smart Chromecast Streaming TV and be blown away by the audio from the Sound Bar. Two queen size futons have hotel quality foam mattresses and linens that will leave you refreshed in the morning – unlike the futons from your college dorm! And do yourself a favor, leave the blinds up along the doors so you too can experience the glorious view of the pinks and reds of the rising sun. Further along past the second full bathroom you will find an elegantly appointed third bedroom, also known as the Flower Bedroom.
