The Space:
With a stunning wraparound deck, nestled, as it feels, in the woods on a bluff overlooking Colorado Springs and the Front Range, this one truly offers a real Colorado experience. Spend an afternoon lounging under the sun, or a cool Colorado evening grilling or entertaining your friends or family. Afterwards take a dip into the hot tub and wash away all that traveler's fatigue... Once that's done, retire into bed or get cozy next to the electric fireplace. You're gonna love this welcoming, modern, practical space!
Enter through garage with the electronic key code and garage entry door smart lock—a private code provided to you at check-in. You'll enter into the lower level of the home, and you'll notice the separate living space down here featuring an air hockey table and a ping pong table and plenty of space to lounge and relax. 2 of the home's 5 bedrooms are also on this level—featuring comfortable queen beds, all with quality linens, professionally laundered. These bedrooms are services by one full bath, and one bedroom offers a neat little vanity for privacy. There's also a warm electronic fireplace down here for those cool Colorado nights.
The main level upstairs features an open kitchen and living room concept, perfect for entertaining and for enjoying the company of the people you brought with you (5 bedrooms, and 7 actual beds can sleep a bunch!). The furnishings are comfortable and practical, and you'll be treated to some amazing views out the massive windows which bathe the interior in welcoming, natural light. There's formal dining for 6, 3 more seats at the counter, and a chef's kitchen ready for your culinary creations.
The main, upper level of the home offers an office space with printer and HDMI monitor hookup, along with a queen pullout couch. You can work here (if you must!) … but we recommend that you don't. The home's master bedroom is also located on this level and features a great KING bed, and private bath. A 4th bedroom offers (2) twin beds, perfect for the kids. There's also a full laundry for guest use in this home—#practical. Combining that (functionality), with comfort and exceptional outdoor living opportunities in a stunning location, and offered at a great value for groups, families, friends, etc—this one is perfect for guests and travelers to the Pikes Peak region. The Neighborhood:
Located on the northwest side of Colorado Springs just south of the US Air Force Academy, Rockrimmon is a quiet area with a semi-mountainous feel surrounded by trails, parks, open space and access to legitimate MOUNTAINS. The homes here are typically custom and many are in the $1MM+ range. For a true Colorado Springs experience, this neighborhood is IT.
Access, however, is very simple and the trappings of civilization are still very close by. You're 5 minutes from a Trader Joes and a Costco (along with restaurants, bars, shops, cafes and more). And all of the best of Colorado Springs — places like Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, the Broadmoor, the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, and of course, the United States Air Force Academy are just minutes away.
Combining an almost-suburban, almost-mountain vibe with ease of urban access, this neighborhood is perfect for the short-term visitor or guest!
Getting Around:
We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.

* We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc.
* Up to 2 dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($50/dog/week). No pets other than dogs allowed - we are sorry!
* No smoking or vaping (of any kind) is allowed indoors;
* Garbage bins are located on the driveway. Please let us know if the trash is overflowing - we will fix that for you!
* There is Central AC though out the home.

- We cannot guarantee an early check-in, as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please check with us on the day of your arrival to see if the property will be ready early. Thank you for your understanding.
- Late Checkout Service: $25/hr (Late as 12 pm)

Non-Refundable Damage Deposit Waiver:
- Instead of charging a security deposit, Hoste charges a non-refundable $59 damage waiver fee that covers up to $2,500 for damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of your acts or omissions. Please see house rules or the rental property agreement when you book for more information about how the damage waiver works. Because the damage waver fee is Non-Refundable; If a Guest changes properties for any reason they May be charged a new damage waver fee for the new property at the discretion of the property Manager.
Hot Tub Fee:
- A $35 plus tax hot tub fee will be applied to the total cost of the reservation after you've booked your reservation. This cost goes towards cleaning and maintaining our hot tubs at the highest level and to ensure that the hot tub is perfectly clean and serviced before you arrive.
Please be advised that we ask all guests to complete our secure, online guest verification portal after your reservation is created. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL.
