In the closet you will find a high chair for our littlest guests.
MAIN BATHROOM
The main bathroom has a large walk-in shower. We provide plenty of 100% cotton towels and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience. You'll also find a hair dryer, black makeup towels, and plenty of toilet paper to get you started.

Welcome to our well-equipped laundry room. Tucked away off of the main bathroom, this laundry space is both practical and accessible. Located downstairs, the TV room is designed to provide an immersive entertainment experience with a magnificent 75" TV as its centerpiece. We cut the cord, no cable, be sure to bring your passwords. It offers a comfortable and inviting setting for enjoying movies, shows, and games with friends and family.
There is also a full size sofa bed for additional sleeping options.
PLAY ROOM
The playroom is a delightful space for children's imagination and fun-filled activities. It features a charming puppet theater where kids can put on creative shows, a captivating train table for endless adventures, a collection of books to inspire reading, and a variety of games for hours of
playtime enjoyment.
Guest access
You'll have access to the entire unit and very private fenced in back yard. There are 2 other units in the building. For your convenience, we offer reserved parking for one vehicle just steps away from your private entrance.

We kindly request that you utilize the designated parking space labeled as "A" exclusively. If you require additional parking options, please feel free to get in touch with us, and we'll provide you with guidance and directions for the additional parking arrangements.
Before confirming your reservation, please be aware that all pets must receive approval in advance. We welcome a maximum of two dogs per booking.
PET POLICY/PET FEE
1. A non-refundable "Pet Fee" of $75 per dog will be applied to each reservation. Please note that this fee does not cover any potential damage caused by your dog to the property or its surroundings. This includes actions such as chewing, scratching, digging, or unreported house training accidents. A maximum of two dogs per reservation is allowed.
2. Kindly clean up after your dog, both in public areas and within the yard of your rental property.
3. Ensure that your dog does not bark excessively or wander onto neighboring properties, respecting the tranquility of the area.
4. Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds within the rental property. We recommend bringing your pet's own bedding or a comfortable item on which they can rest. Many pets are accustomed to being on furniture at home, but this practice is not allowed in our rental properties. Extra cleaning fees will be applied if pet hair is left behind on furniture, blankets, or comforters.
5. If your dog experiences separation anxiety or is unaccustomed to being alone in unfamiliar settings, please avoid leaving them unattended for extended periods. A crate is ideal for such situations. You are responsible for any damages caused by your pet.
6. Ensure that your dog's vaccinations and medications are up-to-date before your stay, with special attention to flea treatment.
7. Given that black bears are native to the Western North Carolina (WNC) region, it's important to keep your dog on a leash and exercise caution when outdoors. DeVore Properties cannot be held responsible for any injuries resulting from encounters with wildlife.

We take proactive measures to deter insects using natural methods whenever possible, and we also maintain routine professional pest control to manage their impact. While we strive to minimize their presence, it's important to recognize that insects are an inherent part of this region's ecosystem and serve as a vital food source for the diverse bird species that inhabit the area.
