This home was renovated in late 2022. All furnishings and décor are brand new! It has a very modern look with lots of open space. Perfect for families! A lot of thought went into this home to maximize every square foot to make your stay enjoyable.

Welcome to your newly renovated haven where everything is pristine and brand new! Designed with a modern / open concept flair and spacious layout, this home is the ideal haven for families and small groups. From the rejuvenating hot tub to the array of entertainment options, including a Sony PlayStation 5, TV’s in every room and upgraded furnishings, every detail has been crafted to ensure an unforgettable stay.

Step outside to the furnished patio and enter a world of relaxation. Abundant seating welcomes you, while the 6-person hot tub offers a soothing waterfall and captivating LED lighting. The patio is equipped with a Smart HD TV and string lights further enhancing your outdoor enjoyment. We recently added decorative rock boarders to the backyard that surrounds the patio and a picnic area with a table next to the BBQ.
You will find a picnic area to enjoy that perfect meal. We have also just added and propane grill.
Huge Living Room
Prepare to be amazed by the entertainment offerings in the living room. Two 4K UHD HDR Smart TVs (65-inch and 50-inch) are mounted on full-range mounts, ensuring that you never miss any action. Log in to your preferred streaming platform or add your favorite app. Rediscover the joys of classic gaming with the Super Retro Game Console Classic Mini, featuring 821 vintage video games. Additionally, the latest Sony PlayStation is available for a modern gaming experience.

The dining room table accommodates up to eight guests, while bar-style seating with four stools at the kitchen counter offers additional seating.

We offer top-tier kitchenware, ample pots and pans, plenty of upgraded dishware, and expansive counter space invite you to unleash your cooking creativity. The refrigerator is large and has an icemaker. You will also find blenders, a pressure cooker, Instant Pot, Crockpot just to name a few. This kitchen is decked out with more cooking equipment than your average short term rental.

No need to visit Starbucks when you stay with us! Indulge in the fully stocked Coffee Bar – a favorite highlight of guests. With offerings including a traditional brewer, Instant Pot dual Nespresso 3-in-1 coffee maker, tea pot and a coffee grinder. We offer two types of Starbucks coffee beans, so your caffeine cravings are met. We also stock the coffee bar with plenty of Nespresso Pods, K-Cups, a selection of creamers and tea, hot chocolate and a variety of creamers.

Rest easy in comfortable bedrooms featuring high-quality mattresses. The Master Bedroom and Two Queens boast 12-inch Gel Memory Foam King mattresses, promising cool sleep and pressure relief. We have had quite a few previous guests ask us what brand and where we purchased the mattresses from because they enjoyed them so much! Our newly furnished bunkbed room features two heavy duty bunkbeds with memory foam mattresses. Blackout curtains are in all bedrooms to ensure a restful night.
Bathrooms
The Master Bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower with a 12-inch rain head and handheld wand, complemented by a vanity area for added convenience. The main bathroom offers a tub/shower combo, with a door separating the vanity for privacy. Supplies including shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and hand soap are provided.

Enjoy a professional Ping Pong Table in the garage, promising lots of fun. The garage is where you’ll also find the washer and dryer fully stocked with laundry supplies.
