Regarding pets, pet fees are $125 + $20/each pet/per night. We will charge the card on file. Those fees will be processed by Distinguished Stays. We ask that you only bring well-behaved pets who are house-trained :) You are responsible for picking up after any pet brought to the property, any damage or disturbance caused by pets, and accept all liability for incidents involving pets. Thank you! *The yard is fully fenced in.
Guest limits: This property has a guest limit of 8 standard and 14 maximum. Extra guest fees apply beyond standard occupancy.
Maintenance: This property has regularly scheduled pool maintenance/cleaning every Monday & Thursday.
Occasionally the ladybugs who usually enjoy their time outside, retreat into the rafters of the home. They mind their own business, and shouldn't be a bother at all!
