Relax with family and friends at this peaceful place to stay located in prime Emerald Lakes Community minutes away from Kalahari Indoor Waterpark, Mt Airy Casino, and variety of community amenities including boating, fishing, beach access, outdoor pool, tennis & basketball courts, and a baseball field. The house itself includes private hot tub, ample patio space, outdoor fire pit, and a cozy interior. This place is ideal for large families and can accommodate 10 people comfortably.

large 65 in TV, elevated dining table that enables interaction with the kitchen, living
room and outside deck.

The property is located in a court area surrounded by nature decent distance from neighbors allowing privacy and comfort. The Emerald Lakes amenities and lakes are 3 min away
OUTDOOR AMENITIES – Emerald Lakes community
Boating and fishing: The Emerald Lakes hold some great fishing opportunities for members and guests. Many types of fish are found in the lakes to include pickerel, carp, bluegill, crappie and panfish
Beach area: This beach area is located on East Emerald Lake off Sage Road. You will find a groomed beach area with roped-off swimming in the lake. The facility also includes a restroom building, children’s play structure, picnic tables and boat racks with a launch area.
Outdoor Pool: located on Cedar Drive, our 2,500 square foot, 100,000 gallon pool is a popular attraction in the summer. The water is heated and guaranteed fun for the family. There is a restroom building, and picnic tables as well.
Recreation: The Emerald Lakes Association also contains other recreation amenities, that include outdoor tennis courts located next to the outdoor pool. There is a basketball court and baseball field on Glade Drive next to the administration building
The parking space accommodates 2-3 cars. Please note that parking on the street is prohibited. Emerald Lakes is a residential community with plenty of amenities. The restaurants are 5-7 min away.
I do not plan to interact with my guests, but am always available to answer any questions or help in any way I can. Please do not hesitate to reach out!
Hot Tub Rules:
-Please note, raising/lowering the temperature takes time, please do not overload the system by repeatedly pressing buttons
-Do NOT add any bath bombs, bubbles, or any chemicals
-Do NOT raise temp to 103 and close the cover or tub will overheat
-Do NOT bring any glass cups or bottles near or in the hot tub, broken glass will ruin the tub and the guest will be charged $1,000 fine
-If tub is not in use, please lower the temperature to 100 and close the cover
-Prior to checking out, please drop temperature to 100 in the Winter and to 95 in the Summer
-Please contact the host immediately with any questions on how to operate the hot tub
Due to the strict short-term rental rules, the local community require us to register all guests 48 hrs prior to arrival. Therefore, we will need the following information – Your full name, Number of guests, Vehicle Information (Make, Model, Year, Plate#, Color), and number of additional cars on property.
We ask our guests to kindly read the house rules and community regulations. The house is surveilled by security cameras to ensure the safety of the guests and the community.

GUEST REGISTRATION:
Due to the strict short-term rental rules, the local community requires us to register all guests. Please contact our customer support term (contact below) so that they can do the registration for you. They need the full name of the guests, car model, and vehicle plates. There is a fine of $200 for non-registered guests.
PARKING:
Parking capacity for max 3 cars. Parking on the streets is not allowed and might be subjected to towing.
CLEANING
Please be mindful of the guests who will check in after you and do not leave garbage in the house or outside. We are following strict cleaning protocols. In case the trash compactor is closed, please leave the remaining trash bags at the entrance (inside) of the house.
GUESTS UNDER 21
By booking and accepting this reservation, you confirm and acknowledge that: All guests included in the booking comply with the Airbnb minimum age terms and that all guests are a minimum of 18 years old. Guests under 18 are expressly prohibited. You confirm the responsibility for the group booking. You confirm you have the duty of control and reasonable discipline for the minor(s) and assume liability for any property damage caused by the guests.
Underage drinking is strictly forbidden. You assume full liability for the group in case underage alcohol or drug use is discovered in the community’s premises, with or without the house owner’s knowledge. House parties are strictly forbidden. You acknowledge that you are liable in case of violation of the house rules confirmed in the booking.
DAMAGE NOTIFICATION
Guests should notify the Host of any defect or malfunction in the property within two (2) hours notice. Failure to give such notice shall be deemed acceptable by the guest.
PETS
Pets that are house trained and less than 50 lbs are allowed for a $100 fee (2 pets maximum). Please notify us if you are bringing your furry friend and reach out with any questions regarding this rule.
SAFETY RULES:
The house is surveillance by exterior cameras to ensure we both are protected. Please do not lean on the elevated deck. Please do not use outdoor wood fire pits on wood decks. The use of fire pits under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, and drugs is not permitted. As per the terms and conditions of this booking, negligent guests are liable for any damage caused due to the misuse of fire pits and grills.
The property is inspected after each checkout and compliance to the rules below will be diligently verified:
GENERAL:
• Do not smoke in the property. Any sign of indoor smoking, guest will be charged $500 fine.
OUTDOOR FIRE PITS:
• Do not leave the outdoor wood fire pits unattended
• Do not remove the metal covers of the outdoor wood fire pits
• The use of fire pits under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, drugs is not
permitted
• Do not position a fire pit under a covered porch or low hanging tree
branches
• Do not put garbage or paper products into the fire
• Do not leave the fire pit burning overnight
• Please note that in case of accidents the fire extinguishers are located
close to the fire pits
BARBECUE GRILL
• Clean the grill after using it
• Turn on the gas while your grill lid is closed
• Do not leave the grill unattended
JACUZZI
• Hot water immersion while under the influence of alcohol, narcotics,
drugs or medicines may lead to serious consequences and is not
permitted.
• Do not leave the Jacuzzi uncovered after use
• Children under 5 should never be in the hot tub
DECK:
• Do not lean on the elevated deck
SAFETY DISCLAIMER
The use of the grill, barbecue devices, propane gas, fire pit, and other equipment that might ignite the fire is at your own risk. Guests and their visitors or employees enter and use the jacuzzi and other premises at their own risk. By booking this reservation you agree to comply to the safety rules and to these terms. Guest(s) shall be liable for and shall indemnify in case of violation of the safety rules causing loss or property damage, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from the willful misconduct or negligence. Neither the owners nor their representatives or agents are liable for loss or damage to any guest, visitor, employee or any person's property, nor for injury or death of any guest, visitor, employee or any person whether such loss or damage to property or injury or death is as a result of the negligence of the owners and or their representatives or agents or not.
MUTUAL NON-DISPARAGEMENT
Host and guests agree that they will not make or publish any statement or in any way adversely affect or degrade the reputation in the business or legal community of the property owner and guest. Any violation of the non-disparagement agreement can be pursued to the maximum extent of the law.
