The Space:
As soon as you step into this newly remodeled, stylish home, you will be welcomed by a very comfortable living, dining and kitchen space.
The beautiful, updated kitchen and adjacent dining area has everything you need to prepare and enjoy a delicious meal while spending time with your loved ones in the common room, setting the stage for memorable evenings. The living space has a large sectional and plenty of space to gather around and watch a movie or a game on the TV! The downstairs "mountain-themed" living room has a cozy couch with foosball and shuffle board!
The main level has three bedrooms, two of which have king beds and the third has a queen. The lower level also has three bedrooms, two more king beds and one queen bed. All bedrooms have plenty of space to store your belongings! Both bathrooms are newly remodeled and fully stocked, so no need to bring your shower toiletries from home!
This home is truly perfect for a group or family up to 12. The large backyard is ideal for relaxing in the hot tub or sipping a yummy drink on the patio. Your trip to Colorado will be amazing if you choose this home!

• FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS •
1. Can I check-in early?
• We'll have to confirm a time the night before or the morning of your arrival, pending the cleaning schedule and the status of the house. It is best to scheduled for 4PM check-in in case we're unable to. Of course, we'll do our best to make it happen, though!
2. Do you have a luggage storage?
• We don't have a secure luggage storage to store your luggage. You may check Vertoe for nearby luggage storage options.
3. Do you offer daily clean?
• We don't offer daily housekeeper however, if you need it, we can certainly make arrangements for an additional cost.
4. Do you replace towels and sheets?
• We don't usually replace towels and sheets. We'd be glad to schedule a light clean with towels and sheets replacement for an extra fee.
5. Do you replenish supplies?
• Our homes are self-catering. We are happy to provide you with the initial supplies to get you started. Once that runs out, you'll need to purchase more on your own.

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we have a driveway that can fit 2-3 cars. If you would like to avoid driving during your stay, there are many convenient, easily accessible transportation options close to our home.

HOUSE RULES
• PETS: Pets (dogs/cats) are allowed for an extra pet fee of $20 per pet per night and up to 2 pets only. The unauthorized bringing of pets will have a penalty of $300 which will go towards the deep cleaning of the property.
• CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 4PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If we're able to accommodate an early check-in, there's an early check-in fee of $50 starting at 11 AM. Please check the availability of early check-in prior to booking.
• CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before 10 AM. We do not allow late check-out as we schedule cleaning ahead of time. Any unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge of $50 for every 30 minutes.
• SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside the property or in outdoor spaces including the balcony, backyard, and terrace (if applicable). There is a smoking fine of $500.
• NOISE: Please observe quiet hours after 9PM. Please be mindful of the neighbors as this property is situated in a quiet neighborhood. If the police are summoned due to noise complaints, this warrants a possible eviction with no refund.
• DAMAGES & LOSS: We would truly appreciate it if you could treat our home like yours. You will be responsible for any damages or loss to the property which will be deducted from your security deposit. Please advise us of any damage or loss immediately upon discovery.
• UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Please make sure to book the property for the correct number of guests. Parties, events, or any kind of gathering are prohibited. Given the COVID-19 situation, no other guests outside the reservation are allowed on the property.
• PHOTOSHOOT/MUSIC VIDEOS: This property is for residential use only and not for commercial purposes without the written permission of the owner. Please contact us directly for booking of events.
• LOST AND FOUND: Please note that all shipping is at the traveler's expense. There is a minimum $25 shipping cost plus a $50 service fee. We are not liable for any lost items. Our team will do our best to locate your lost items after check-out.
• MAILS & PACKAGES: We do not allow any mail deliveries or packages during your stay.
• BBQ GRILL (If applicable - please check amenity list) : Please note that guests are kindly requested to clean the BBQ grill thoroughly after each use. Failure to do so will result in a BBQ cleaning fee of $200 being applied.
• PRE-CHECK IN FORM: Guests will be required to fill out a pre check-in form which will require additional documents to validate age and card used for the reservation prior to arrival. Guests booked through Airbnb are not required to fill out the pre-check-in form.
• RENTAL AGREEMENT: Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement prior to arrival.
• SECURITY DEPOSIT: Reservations made through Airbnb and Hopper are not required to place a security deposit. Reservations made through other channels (i.e. Direct Booking, VRBO, Booking, Misterbnb, Whimstay, etc) are required a security deposit.
• ADDITIONAL NOTES ABOUT THE HOME
- BBQ Grill (If applicable - please check amenity list) : We don't provide propane tanks for the BBQ. Please note that guests are kindly requested to clean the BBQ grill thoroughly after each use. Failure to do so will result in a BBQ cleaning fee of $200 being applied.
- Landscaper: A landscaper will be on property to maintain property grounds. They will not be accessing the home.
- Visits and Property Access: We will always notify in advanced should there be a need to access the homes and no one will ever enter without your approval. An exception is if there is a fire or life-threatening situations in the home.
Interaction with Guests:
We will be accessible 24/7 for our guests via phone, text, or the Airbnb app.
