1-Bed / 1-Bath "Copper Springs" is the upper level of our duplex cabin. Gas Fireplace - KING Bed - Fully Stocked Kitchen - Grill - Heat & A/C - Heated Bathroom Floors - Mtn Views - WiFi - Cable Need 4x4 in the winter months
*Please note that this is the upper unit of our duplex cabin and is on the same parcel as our lower unit and other cabin. While we have worked very hard to ensure privacy (sound proof flooring, private deck, entrance, and hot tub) if you want total seclusion, it might not be a great fit. If you want easy access to all that High Country has to offer, this is a great spot!

Summary: A few really great things - this cabin was in a great location, very close to Boone and the Parkway. We saw a few deer at the cabin. The AC works great. Mattress was very comfortable. Cabin was decorated nicely. A few things that needed attention. The hot tub had a good bit of dirt in it and the owner said that would be remedied, but it was not. Hot tub has one small panel for privacy. People parking above can see right into it. The hot tub filter also makes loud sucking noises at times. A little disappointing for our anniversary trip. Bed frame squeaks very loudly when getting in/out. There were a few very dim or non-working light bulbs which made it somewhat dark. Also, ceiling fan in the bedroom did not work. Towel bar in bathroom is broken, but there were some hooks available for hanging towels. There were exactly 2 thread-bare towels that left fuzz on you. There were no towels provided for the hot tub.
