This fun year-round retreat sleeps up to 8 adults and is located just outside of downtown Newport, just a stone's throw to the beach. Ideal for gathering and entertaining, bring along your family vacation, wedding, or friend getaway. Shoot pool in your own private billiard, cook up a feast in your indoor or outdoor kitchen, or take a dip in the hot tub after brisk walk on the beach. Whether you're staying in or going out, there's plenty to do here! Cozy gas fireplaces (and outdoor fire pit!) for those chillier nights. Space for everyone to spread out, this home has a large open living space on the first floor that opens out to deck with west facing ocean views featuring gorgeous sunsets. Three bedrooms are on the second floor including very spacious master suite with large deck. Two additional bedrooms and hall bathroom. A second living space down on the lower level (walk-out basement) also offers billiard with pool table, laundry, plus a fourth bedroom with en-suite bath. Large patio perfect for soaking up the best summer days - or nights - with family. Walk to the beach on a sunny morning and help yourselves to some beach chairs, boogey boards, or surf board - available for guests to use responsibly! Summary: Had a nice time at Tower One in the off season. Kelly was great and allowed for an earlier check in which was very appreciated. We stayed in the off season which was cozy and nice and I can totally see why this would be an amazing summer rental as well.
