We are taking vacation requests for the 2023 rental Season. Please send us an email inquiry with your preferred vacation dates and we will respond with pricing and availability at our North Beach Plantation condo.
We only rent our condo by the week, arriving on Saturdays and departing on Saturdays.
VRBO has changed from an "Advertising Web Site" to a "Booking Web Site" in 2018. All of the communications (between guest and owner) will go through the VRBO system. We can still exchange emails through the VRBO system, so please do not hesitate to establish a dialog on the VRBO email exchanges. I will continue to offer you exceptional service and communication when booking your beach accommodation reservations through the VRBO system. Thank You for choosing our NBP condo!!

By accessing your reserved vacation condo direct, you avoid the hassle of waiting in line at the On Site Check In Desk. This allows for safer arrivals and departures without mingling with the other arriving guests at North Beach Plantation. You will be able to arrive to resort, park you automobile and proceed directly to your reserve condo with an arrival time after 2:00 PM. No more waiting for hours for the Entrance Key/Cards.
The VRBO system has changed the method of calculating the Total Charges. In additional to the weekly Rental Fees paid, the VRBO system will also charge Lodging Taxes and VRBO Service Fees. There is also a Property Damage Insurance Policy that may be purchases instead of a Security Deposit for each reservation.
All Lease Agreements will show the separate Rental Fees and Lodging Taxes for each reservation. These combined charges will produce the Total Charges.
Safe and Secure Payments are made through the VRBO Payment System.

I will be offering weekly rental reservations, arriving on Saturday and departing on Saturday. Sorry, we do not offer mid week arrivals or departures.
Before bringing this condo into the rental market, we have added custom entrance hallway wainscoting, crown molding and new paint throughout to update this already luxurious accommodations. The Master Bedroom has a King Size bed, adjoining Master Bathroom with whirlpool tub and spacious shower. There is another Master Bedroom furnished with a King Size bed and ensuite bathroom. The third spacious bedroom has two Queen Size beds allowing for larger families and extended families to enjoy the luxury of the North Beach Plantation resort amenities.
We offer sleeping accommodations for eight persons. If you are seeking beach accommodations for a greater occupancy level, please look somewhere else for your vacation reservations.
Let me explain a few things about the pricing structure. We only rent by the week, arriving on Saturday and departing on Saturday. All pricing for the seven day rentals include complete bed linen, bath towels, resort fees and departure cleaning.
Please bring your own beach towels and beach blankets as we do not provide these beachy items.
This property is listed on Vacation Rental By Owner, and I will be communicating directly with each guest. Do not confuse this property listing with the On Site Rental Management properties. When you speak with us, you will have the opportunity to speak with the folks who have decorated this condo unit. We took great pride and enjoyment in decorating this condo, and are certain that you will have an enjoyable beach vacation.
There is a private storage room for parking all the boogie boards, sand pails, fishing gear and other beachy items. This keeps the 'Sand' out of our condo, while storing this gear in a central, safe location.
I would try and describe the North Beach Plantation resort experience, but I am certain that you already have a good idea what a special place this is. This resort is the newest, and most luxurious beach location on the entire Grand Strand. From the almost three acres of swimming pools, to the 'Swim Up' pool bar, to the beautifully landscaped surroundings, this is a 'Slice of the Caribbean' relocated to South Carolina.
Please note that we are a NON-SMOKING property. We do not allow smoking in the condo unit, OR on the balcony areas. Quite frankly, if you intend to smoke, please look elsewhere for your beach accommodations.
I must notify everyone that North Beach Plantation resort does not allow guests to have pets.
No Dogs, No Cats, No Pets, No Exceptions.
North Beach Plantation Resort does not allow Motorcycles, Trailers, Golf Carts, Motor Homes and Buses on the resort property.
