Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Good location - about a 4-5 minute walk from the beach and other minishops and restaurants. The AC was working in both bedrooms, though I only used one. There's a fully functional kitchen and two bedrooms. It looked pretty clean and the owners seemed like good people, though they don't really speak English. My flight landed late and they were kind enough to check me in around 12am-1am.

Negative: The pictures for this place when I booked were changed right before I checked in. The old pictures gave me the impression that it would be a hotel with a balcony, which is why I booked it. It felt more like an Air BnB home which was deceiving. I did not really feel safe at this place as the front door was not solid even if it was locked. It was a sliding door with a flimsy gate that anyone could easily break. Many insects/bugs would get into the property. There was no hot water in the shower. There was no Wifi on the first day so I needed to alter my plans in the middle of the day to let them in to fix it.

Summary: Decent. 5min walk to the beach. More suitable for families.
