Positive: Loved little extras, like having a teacake as a welcome. A tin stocked with tea and coffee. Good quality shower gel and shampoo. Great proximity to the town centre. Overall good value for money.
Negative: The amount of advertisement messages. Too much from Host & Stay. Charlie himself was super friendly and answered questions swiftly :)
