Positive: The Flat was nice on arrival, the lounge lovely, and the location great for a beach walk to lovely Saltburn
Negative: A £25 none refundable damage payment. The kitchen already had a broken cupboard. There were only 3 wine glasses and broken prosecco glass pushed to the back of the cupboard.The rest of the glasses were dirty There were very limited utensils in the kitchen and no oven gloves.there was nothing there to be able to wipe down surfaces no hand wash in the bathroom, and the bath had a hole in it not even a bin bag in the kitchen bin. The pots and pans were not the cleanest, and the under sink cupboard was also lacking a good clean. Lots of cobwebs and dust and the plastic plant near the rear bedroom had not seen a duster in .months. The rear bedroom was also very very small and the bed was very uncomfortable and didn't feel of good quality Overall disappointed with the lack of care and cleanliness and attention could have been so much better with a few more welcoming touches like a dishwasher tablet to start you off a dish cloth and some surface spray some hand-wash in the bathroom more than 1 toilet roll between 4 people. We have emailed the property but we have had no reply.
