Positive: Very very clean!
Negative: I think it’s an ongoing moan from previous reviews - the sofa and chairs really are not up to the job!! And I found Host and Stay intrusive. As soon as you’re booked in - the damage waiver nagging starts. Just add £30 to the accommodation charge! And as soon as you’ve arrived - emails re check and reporting damage because, if not reported, despite the £30 waiver, ‘you will be charged in full’. We will be back to Newbiggin, but we will be avoiding Host and Stay
