Positive: The balcony view is simply stunning. So so close to the beach. It is perfect. Close to shops, restaurants, post office. There is all you need for a short term stay. All is clean. Kitchen is fully equipped. Furniture comfy.
Negative: If you expect a very quiet time at the balcony in the evening, it wouln't meet your expectations. The location has pros and cons. But still, it is fine in comparison to the very center. We would go again! :)
