Positive: The hotel itself is quite lovely, with peaceful atmosphere that was perfect for our anniversary trip However, we chose this resort expecting it to match the quality of our previous stay at another Vinpearl island, and unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations this time

Negative: First, we booked a room with a sea view, but our view of the ocean was mostly blocked by trees. Even though I am tall (2 meters), I could barely see the water. However, the biggest problem was the service. It seems that some staff at this resort are really good and capable, while there is also others, who are inexperienced, making our interactions very frustrating sometimes The staff never explained the activities properly, which left us feeling confused. For example, for the mud baths, we were sold tickets at the reception, then dropped off near the place and pointed in a general direction. No one explained how to use the baths, what was included, or where to go. The area was also crowded and disorganized, which was frustrating. We had a similar problem with our show tickets. The show itself was great, but the staff just gave us the tickets with no proper information about transportation or the theater's location. Luckily, we knew the area from a past trip, but new visitors would have a very hard time. Additionally, the boat timetable was unclear. A staff member told us about an extra boat that wasn't on the schedule, which caused more confusion. Overall, our stay did not feel like a five-star experience. The service at the main Vinpearl island resort is much better, and we recommend staying there instead.
