Summary: When elderly handicapp people request room near elevator , stating, we cannot walk far, they really need to LISTEN. instead we got a room as far away as possible and then told we could take a shortcut past swimming pool , OUTSIDE, to get to back of building where room was. keep in mind pushing luggage cart and walking with a cane. we are 86 and 72 yrs. old.
