Summary: Check in was quick and easy. The clerk was friendly and efficient. Went to our room and my Daughter went to the bathroom immediately. She noticed the toilet was a little greasy and had to wipe it before using it. The previous guests undergarments were still hanging on the shower bar as show in pic. We weren't comfortable staying in that room so we went back to the desk. Same gentleman helped us and apologized for the experience. He took a picture of that I had on my phone to discuss with housekeeping. Again he was courteous and professional and got us into another room immediately. Our new room was clean and comfortable. We used the pool which was clean and the same desk clerk brought us some towels. It was a nice gesture and made me feel better about our stay. Price was great as we decided to stay last minute after going to SeaWorld.
