Come stay at our geodesic Domestead! We offer a great place for a relaxing, secluded getaway in the Lake Wenatchee/Leavenworth area.
Conveniently located 20 minutes from Leavenworth, 25 minutes from Stevens Pass and just a short drive or bike ride to Lake Wenatchee, the Domestead is fun in every season. Miles of mountain biking and hiking trails just a few minutes drive. Wood stove or electric heat, washer and dryer, window unit air conditioner, fire pit and bbq, Internet, and hot tub.
Our cabin sleeps 10 but has a maximum capacity of 4 guests based on local permitting requirements. Please contact us if you have questions about this restriction.
About the Driveway!
Our driveway is very steep and difficult to navigate, especially in winter. There is parking at the bottom of the driveway for a maximum of 3 vehicles. If your car is 2WD, we highly recommend parking there in any season. A 4WD or AWD vehicle is recommended to navigate the gravel driveway when there is no snow. When there is any amount of snow, the driveway is impassable. You will have to park at the bottom of the driveway and walk up to the cabin (approximately 60ft uphill).

Summary: Aside from some initial troubles locating the front door (totally our fault as we missed the driveway and walked up the backside of the property and it was dark by the time we got there), the stay was great! Loved the atmosphere of the house and the loft area was fun. It's a bit of a walk up to the property which with snow made it a bit tricky but we thoroughly enjoyed our time while there..
