Summary: Had problems with AC/heating outdoor units. Down stairs unit did not work at all. Had your technicians come over to confirm. Had guest with ranauds syndrome made uncomfortable when outside temp in upper 40s and inside 60s. Although the technicians were able to get upstairs unit to finally work, it was extremely noisy and some upstairs guest had difficulty sleeping. Otherwise villa meet our needs.
